I sent off my family's holiday gifts today. Since I still haven't heard from them as to exactly where they are after fleeing my childhood home, I sent them to a close friend of the family on Vulcan. I just hope they get it on time.

On a happier note, even though Tonia hasn't told me for sure, I think she's pregnant. That nausea thing a week and a half ago was a big clue, but she's also got a glow about her. She and Liam will be great parents.

In preparation for the day, be it eight months from now or longer, I acquired several skeins of cotton yarn. Hopefully I'll find enough time to make the baby blanket before the child is born. I am planning on using a beautiful pattern my Mom showed me. Now, if I can just find my crochet hook ...
